Liability for content
As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I am not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove this content immediately.

I take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat it confidentially, in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this notice. Using this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example a name or website) is collected on these pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Please note that data transmission over the Internet can have security gaps — complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Postcard data collection
When you send a postcard through the postcard feature, I store the following in my database (Astro DB, built on Turso / libSQL):
- Required: your name and message
- Optional: your country and website URL, if you add them
- Automatically generated: the submission date and the styling parameters used to draw the card
I don't collect IP addresses, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers beyond what you choose to provide. Every postcard is reviewed before it's published. Email me at hey@iamrob.in to have your postcard removed.
